Another 3 weeks flew by! These were my meals over the last 3 weeks(wks 14-12 wks out from comp). This was by far my most favorite meal plan.👌 body felt amazing after eating each meal.👍And those protein waffles were LIFE🤗💓 Something I want to say...and I'm saying this because ever since I started prep dieting many ppl have made comments like "oh you're dieting...So you're gonna be barely eating and starving yourself". So many ppl have the idea of dieting wrong and think that you need to starve yourself or eat salads in order to lose weight.🙅♀️ Guys and ladies, dieting isn't & SHOULDN'T be about starvation.🚫 speaking from my own experience, starving yourself is the WORST that you could do if you want to lose weight at all. It messes with your metabolism and it's not sustainable. The weight will come right back once you eat again. Instead, dieting should be about WHAT you eat and eating balanced meals(whole foods > processed foods, lots of lean proteins and veggies, whole grains etc). You can still lose weight while eating pleeeeenty of food. Just make sure that the total calories consumed is < than calories burned.💁♀️Over the last 6 wks my calories have been steadily increasing and I've been losing 1lb a week and my body fat has been⬇️ as well while maintaining muscle mass and strength. And I've NOT ONCE eaten a salad or felt starved. If you want to lose weight and keep the weight off, I'd suggest you➡️
🔸️choose to eat healthier foods in general and make it into a lifestyle
🔸️lift weights and gain muscles. The more muscles you gain the more calories your body will burn. Just BE active.
🔸️stay consistent. The results may not come as quickly as some of this fad diets. But it will come and the weight will stay off
