-Unknown ✨🐘✨ Wellllll I took yesterday off to get to the furniture store and I desperately needed to meal prep SO today was a DOUBLE workout...🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I started with upper body which was full of crunches, push-ups, rows, lat pullovers, and so much more 💪🏽😓💦
It was on to lower body with side and back and curtsy lunges, squats, calf raises, quad lifts and yes, so much more....🏋🏽♀️ did I mention this is all WEIGHTED?! If you think I can move much right now, well, you'd be wrong 😂😅💦💦💦 It feels great though..honestly, I love seeing the gains and seeing how much stronger in getting...🙌🏽 Day 9 & 10/21
