No sooner than they chose to change their lifestyle and adapt a strict fitness regimen, usually the first thing to go out the door is CARBS...Without a second of consideration or a minute of study, they #GetRidOfCarbs. Uninformed or deliberate ignorance... one of the two. Here are SOME FACTS.. Carbs(otherwise known to your body as GLUCOSE) is the ONLY FOOD that the BRAIN eats... Glucose is METABOLIZED by your body into several things, more than fat. It's also BRAIN FOOD. You doubt me? What do you think causes HEADACHES,DIZZINESS,BLURRED-VISION , when you don't eat or you're on a #CarbFreeDiet? The fact that you have deprived your BRAIN of its natural supply of food causes you to "Bonk"( you've cut off the oxygen supply to those #BrainCells) your #NeuroTransmitters are going #Offline.... There are #ComplexCarbs and #SimpleCarbs... #SimpleCarbs tend to have a more adverse effect of the body (especially if you have pre-existing conditions like #Diabetes). Nonetheless they're STILL a necessity to the body. Yes! And abundance of it is bad for you, but so is almost everything. Have you ever seen someone go into a #DiabeticShock? Had the #yummibunni experience in Fort Wayne yesterday. Oh my gosh is all I can say. Like seriously. The ice cream on the "bun" (donut cough) was a genius idea.
