Note to self;
Sometimes you have to take a deep breath, yes, inhaling and exhaling for 15 minutes, a very rough day i know, It's been hectic for too long, i feel you, you can't see any good in life, you lose your temper easily, every little thing gets on your nerves. I know.
But you hit a point where you have to decide, either to continue being so grumpy, angry and full of grudges or to start putting away all the trash of your soul, inhaling all the good stuff around you, exhaling all your negative hormonal energy.
It's hard, and will never be easy, don't stress yourself because once life feels you're weak, it is going to make you even weaker, because life is unfair, life is strong and evil.
