Sooo I'm finally back after taking sometime off from social media as I was dealing with being super sick and out of the gym for 3 WEEKS STRAIGHT! 😳 For once I decided to listen to my body and take the rest I needed to come back 100%

Here is a quick physique update and my second day back in the gym after that long break. Keep in mind this is how I look after consuming all my calories for the day and minutes before going to bed. My night time weight is at 167-168lbs and I'm waking up at 160-161lbs and still SHREDDED 😈

I didn't allow being sick to be an excuse to get off track with my diet! I'm currently still cutting weight at 2900 calories a day and ZERO cardio. No starving diet and not restricting myself from enjoying the foods I love most in life like BURGERS! Find what works for you and enjoy the balance of this lifestyle! It doesn't have to be boring and unenjoyable, learn to love the process.

A lot of people don't understand why I decided to do children's books first.
.
Well, its pretty simple actually.
.
I wanted to create a tool parents could use to teach their kids entrepreneurial values.
.
Sure, I can...and will write a number of adult books...but my focus is and always will remain on IMPACTING people...and creating good habits & thought processes from the beginning are a lot easier and more impactful long term than trying to reprogram people who have been taught to be a cog in the machine.
.
Since most people are either not entrepreneurial or have to literally reprogram their thought process later in life to break free of society's "cog in a machine" mentality I figured parents would appreciate this sort of tool to help their kids learn things early that they may not know exactly how to teach.
.
So...yeah...the guy telling dick jokes in the previous post is writing books to teach your kids how to succeed.

Hows that for irony? lol.

"Just do it" 3 little words that didnt really crossed my mind that often, actually never.
I'm a girl of excuses, who rather project her mistakes to someone else, who rather blame someone else than to recognise her own defaults,who postpone everything to the next day. Who gave her fears the power to control her life. Until a good friend told me those 3 little words. Stop with them excuses, just try, you fall, try again and again and again. Its been a rough month but i'm now more happier than at the beginning of this month. Things still hurts but thats life ✌

This week was a busy cluster-fudge sort of affair. Funny I'm still able to think 😣 Anyway like most it's hard to always get in a while meal. From mommy-ing to 9 -5ing .. things can get jumbled up. So while browsing #sproutsfarmersmarket I found this tasty gem! Totally kept me satisfied and within my #vegan diet guidelines.
