We started this 17-20 weeks and made tremendous progress from over the years. Now this time tomorrow we will show off all the hard work we’ve done over the months. Just want to give a huge thank you to my coach @teamfitfantauzzi for bringing out my best. This is just the beginning and we’re just getting started. Here's a 0.3 speed view of my 620lb pull from last week. This angle was captured by my brother @g.a.powerlifting.181 . Total lift time was 7 seconds from pull until super over extension because I was amped. .
So, from the ground. Hamstrings did activate, but my hips overtook quickly. You can see where my hips shoot up. .
My left heel came up, no idea why. And I started leaning forward a little. .
Since this is my deload week, I'm looking where I can be better. Few points here. Self introspection is humbling as fuck. .
