And deep amid the o'er-arching trees A low-toned waterfall was gushing; Unseen, beneath, a stream went rushing And mingling with the breeze. . A musing spirit o'er me passed, And memory took me to the day When in the Woodlands, far away, I thus stood listening last. (The music of nature, Christopher pearse Cranch) . .
And here we waited, jumping climbing scurrying on moonscape ✨🌗 #saturnaisland

We got home late tonight from four days of North Island adventures ❤️ These two boys (can you find their tiny silhouettes?) were a handful at the end of the trip as can be expected with routine thrown out the window. As we drove home we chatted about the most beautiful spots, what was neat and exciting, who we met, our favourite treats, where we would like to go again. It was such a nice little recap. Alistair said his favourite thing about the whole trip was the giant blue mr. freeze he was savouring on the car ride home 🙈 . . . . . #roadtrip#destinationbc#letthekids#paradisecanada#oliverandalistair#explorecanada
Jumping forward from catching up on early August posts to present. Even though it might be hazy and despite all the negative news media, people are reading between the lines and coming out to enjoy what the the beautiful Okanagan has to offer and getting out on the lake is one of their top things to do. Never had so many short bookings before, but scrambling to keep up. From among the many families and groups that have came out over the past week, this is August 15 cruise with this great family from Calgary and England who enjoyed a 4 hour sunset cruise, swimming and seeing the sights. August 16/18, despite the ongoing smoke and haze, these lovely ladies also took a Water Taxi ride to the Eldorado for dinner. What are you waiting for?. #realtime#tourismkelowna#explorekelowna#explorebc#destinationbc#downtownkelowna#okanaganlake#eldorado
