For Nine Years Stanley has submitted their generic 40’s building for an architecture preservation grant, important for exciting Thunderbird Properties investors in their Fuel Cell Tech Park (seen in background.) The grants are decided by architects and historians. Try including a few buildings and architectural elements that have some style, grandeur, and history. The 113 year old Rollinghouse, (Building Seven) is a great proposal addition, even if it’s not planned to be completed as a parking structure until 20 years from now. They can say it doesn’t matter, but if other investors weren’t needed, Stanley would have built it already. Investors very much care if some of the money for project is a free grant money...less cost/risk to investor, and the grant money doesn’t take percentage of profit.
