I'm an anxious & depressed person, it leads to shitty eating. The last few days have been extremely rough, go figure. I've eaten like shit, slacked on my workouts, and had anxiety attacks in the midst of all of it. Hearing people tell me that it's just because of a bad deployment or a bad day and to get over it just makes it worse. If you've never been where I am, you don't understand. So please, don't ever tell someone to just "get over it". 💋It WILL be okay. 👣 one step at a time.
