Excuse how far zoomed in it starts lol. However, it does show the bands I am wearing around my upper thighs, these bands are for Blood Flow Restriction training. BFR is an amazing method I use on my legs, but it can be used on other various areas. This method can be dangerous so I urge you to not try this unless you know the proper method!
