We are an accredited 200-Hour Program with the Yoga Alliance and our academic curriculum exceeds industry standards. Your Certification will be internationally recognized and accepted.

JESSIE L. (ERYT-200) has been a student of movement her whole life. She was a competitive dancer for 10 years and has been a student of yoga ever since she left the world of dance. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She opened aUM yoga three years ago and is excited to bring this training to the students who have been with her during this journey. Jessie has experience teaching outside of yoga working at the University of Michigan and various museums (including the DIA). Qualifications & Certifications: E-RYT200 (2 certifications), E-RYT, Thai Massage Levels 1 & 11 (ITM certified), & AAIMT Medical & Sports Massage, Personal Training, and Nutrition Consulting, (Current Student), Lululemon Ambassador.
AMANDA T. (ERYT-200) has been a student of yoga for over 15 years. After practicing as a doula and Certified Professional Midwife for over a decade, Amanda decided to take the leap from midwife to yoga instructor in 2012. Besides her knowledge of yoga, she also brings experience as an instructor. Between 2004-2013, Amanda taught many midwifery workshops locally and at midwifery conferences, as well as a being a preceptor to student midwives. Using both a hands-on and didactic approach, Amanda brings her passion for yoga and her love of teaching!
