If you’re new to using Weightlifting Straps, here is a demo on how I use my @onyx_straps hope this helps! -
1. The inside of the strap will face away from you, where your hand will slide in. Having the top part of the strap on your wrist.
2. Once at the bar, grab the bottom part of the strap and wrap over the bar towards you. Your thumb will be directly on top.
3. If you want a tighter grip, wrap the strap one more time around the bar and with your grip still on the strap and bar, twist the bar towards you tightening the strap more.
4. To release your hands from the strap, open your grip and pull your hands off the bar. *please be careful when using straps on Snatches, if it’s too tight and you can’t release your hand during a missed attempt your hand will get pulled with the bar and trust me that will hurt. -
