Admittedly a rather cheap attempt at a post for my fitness insta BUT it's predominantly just to track my squat rebuild.👌

Went out 3x last week (Sat, Thurs, Sat) and kinda battered my body with excessive alcohol and GUESS WHAT, it's all gonna happen again in 2 days when I go Reading festival Thursday-Monday🍺⛺️🔥🎶

But I cannot wait and love having the ability to balance the gains and social life as well as I do👅

So with only two days to train until @officialrandl I'm just hitting 2x full body sessions before regular training resumes

So, cutting the waffle I hit 3x5 today on squats on 100kg at 148.6lb BW. Not even slightly impressive considering my previously best numbers, but this bulk I'm planning to become strong af relative to my body weight. I'm near 20lbs down and at 166lbs i was squatting 140x5-6 so with a small surplus and consistent and more methodological approach to training I see no reason as to why I can't hit this ✅

Following goals are also 100x3 bench at a BW low and a deadlift equalling triple my BW.

Weighed in at 78kg post gym this morning, quite happy with that. Setting myself a target of 81-82kg before dialling stuff back. Heavy OHP triples and back to weighted dips after my injections, 3x8reps with an added 40kg. #TGIM Wow I kind of notice a little tear drop showing in my quad when I flex. 😱 I never have experienced this before yay for muscles poppin thanks to all the carbs 🥞🍞🍚🍣 On my journey for this challenge fat loss really seems like it has been nonexistent. I haven't seen any big significant change in my body fat that I can compare side-by-side and say wow seven weeks I've lost a lot, so what I can say is strength has gone up significantly and I wouldn't have been able to do that without this training program from @iifymapparel I wouldn't be eating 200g of carbs. I probably would still be doing an absurd amount of cardio seven days a week, not taking adequate rest,and eating probably 1200 maybe even less than that calories. I do find myself in the gym looking at my physique and seeing all the shapes of my full muscles and loving the way that I look. It's not bad to pick out certain things that you want to improve on and by all means I don't have 100% confidence yet but it's growing overtime. There are plenty times that I feel down on myself because my body fat percentage hasn't changed but I know that this program and this challenge is teaching me how to utilize this lifestyle for the rest of my life. If I didn't have this program and these two amazing people @iifym_meesh @iifym_ryan I wouldn't have The acceptance to eat so many carbs knowing that it's there to benefit me especially for my lifts, I don't need cardio seven days a week to make progress, and it's a slow process to make long-lasting results to keep for a life time. I believe that @iifym_meesh @iifym_ryan and @sbaker9412 can help me reach my goals but I've always wanted to achieve because so far during the seven weeks I have learned so much! Thank you guys for everything!
