Finally sharing "Shan Tofu", a 2-ingredient Burmese tofu made with chickpea flour.
It's a delightful plant-based protein for all my vegetarian enthusiast, gluten-free and soy-free friends.
It was my first time making "Shan Tofu" and loved that it's a great canvass for salads, stir-frys, and wraps. PS. those greens and herbs in my salad bowl is from @texselectfarms which harvests fresh, pesticide free, non-GMO greens and herbs in a greenhouse environment using sustainable agricultural practices.
