Post-workout Protein Smoothie (minus the nasty fake protein powder that your body can't actually absorb even half of 👋🏽) Easy, Quick & Delicious:
1/2 Small banana (pre-freeze for best results)
4 Frozen Strawberries
1.5-2 Tbsp RAW almond butter
1 cup UNsweetened Coconut Milk
1/2 cup of ice
Blend on high. Top with goodies if ya feel like it & enjoy!
