558 cals dusht in 45 mins spin class tonight. No matter what "diet " detox" or food plan your on if your not in a cal deficit you won't lose pounds or drop body fat. Strength training is number one for changing body shape and physique as all the know it all PTs will say and you will hear a lot dissing spin classes but these classes will burn off those extra cals and are a great supplement to your weight training!!

Losing WEIGHT and losing FAT are not the same thing!! Cutting my calories from maintenance and using the gym to fat burn. So depressing but it has to be done. Chunky monkey will be no more!! I'm still learning of course and never preach to know nutrition well. All part of figuring out how the body works and what you learn from it. Also important to eat enough. Does not mean to starve like my silly idea today. Lesson learnt.

Still under my goal for this week.
To get to 500 deficit Pd I’ve been aiming for 1200 calories pd.
Not a forever fix, but just to shed this last 4% of body fat, then I’ll add on a hundred calories per fortnight and add in more carbs.
After such a shit body scan last week.... sorry, correction supposedly it’s ‘fine’ - so, after last week slight fat gain and muscle loss, I was tempted to change my diet.
Thinking that the low carb and added boxing & Circuit meant that my body was into starvation - where at 4 only strength sessions it wasn’t.
Instead I’ve been told that it should be okay, and to hold out for another week of the same diet and testing the results next weigh in before any actual diet changes.

Nesta segunda-feira (22), o Governo Federal informou que a Previdência Social registrou um déficit de R$268,8 bilhões em 2017, o que significa um avanço de 18,5% em relação a 2016. O valor do rombo é o maior desde 1995, registrando um recorde histórico. Apenas no INSS, o rombo cresceu 21,8% ou R$32,71 bilhões. O governo argumenta que a reforma da Previdência é necessária devido a perspectiva de aumento do déficit. “A opção pelo não enfrentamento dessa realidade vai implicar no futuro, que, de repente, tenha que se fazer como Portugal, Grécia, fizeram, onde se reduziu benefícios pagos. A proposta atual é para tomar atitudes preventivas de modo que esse cenário não venha a se repetir no Brasil”, disse Marcelo Caetano, secretário da Previdência do Ministério da Fazenda.
