One of my serious love affairs is with #matcha. I use it in my smoothies, lattes and baking but there are so, so many more options. The health benefits are great:

4️⃣Calms the mind and relaxes the body
5️⃣ it’s rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins

7️⃣Provides vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium
9️⃣Lowers cholesterol and blood sugar
Here’s an easy and delish matcha latte recipe:
Ingredients: 1 tsp matcha green tea powder, 2 tsp stevia or sweetener of your choice, 3 tbsp warm water,
250ml cold milk or 300ml hot milk (I use skim but you can use whatever you like!
Instructions: Add the warm water and mix with a spoon or with a whisk until it is a smooth dark green paste to ensure no lumps form.
Warm the milk in a small saucepan and pour into the mug until nearly full. Use cold milk for an iced latte.
Use a whisk to mix the paste and milk together until smooth and light green in colour.
If you like, you can add a few sprinkles of matcha green tea powder on the top for decoration. Or add ice for an extra cold iced latte.
