Y'all don't understand how AMAZING it felt to get back in the gym today!
Recorded a couple videos(which I will be uploading tomorrow)
Hit Chest, biceps, and shoulders today, here is what I did today.. ▪️pec Dec machine (warm up,) 3 sets,
Incline Barbell bench press, 5 sets (Pyramid style, pyramid sets is just increasing weight each set), dumbbell Incline bench, 5 sets 8-10 reps, Dumbbell incline flys 5 sets 10-15 reps,
Flat dumbbell bench press 4 sets 6-8 reps,
Wide grip barbell curl, super set close grip barbell curl, 5 sets 8- 10 reps,
Seated dumbbell curls, superset standing dumbbell curls,
Lateral raises 6 sets 12 reps,
Reverse flys superset plate front delt raises 5 sets 8-10 reps,
Dumbbell shoulder press superset lateral raises 6 sets 8-15 reps▪️
and let me tell you... It felt so freaking good. So excited to take my physique to another level, as well as pushing myself mentally.
