I always hear people say they don't have time to workout, and to be honest I'm guilty of doing it at times too! But the truth is you can always make time. And who says the workout has to be super long to be effective? There are ways to reduce the amount of time you spend in a gym or working out at home without sacrificing the effort or the amount of gains to be made!
Couple tips for shortening workouts:
- supersets! Instead of doing every exercise separately, superset a bunch! It speeds things up a lot!
- increase the weight, decrease the reps. You're still hitting volume, but you spend less time doing it!
