Do you ever feel a bad start to the morning runs throughout the day? How do you start your morning?? Recently, I've slipped into a old habit of jumping out of bed, rushing to do the school run and heading straight into work, stressed and exhausted. I also noticed, i wasn't as consistent with my monthly goals/habits and needed a gentle reminder each day of what I wanted to achieve and the little step I would take that day to reach it.
With a stressful job, I decided to have a calmer start to my day. Wake up, grab a glass of water and reflect. My Affirmations, my goals and some of my morning habits. Three days in and I'm feeling so much more relaxed and focused throughout the day. #morningmotivation #morning
