DEADLIFT PAARRRTTTAAAAYYYYYYY!

This is how we party coz #easyisunacceptable 😎. It was SQUATS Connect'18 and all us consultants had gathered under one roof at @recompfitnessclub. For the entire year, we guys only talk, laugh and laugh at, online, in our own chat groups. Sometimes we get to meet here and there, but never the entire group in the same place, unless it's the annual meet.

It's strange how we have this strong bond between us just coz all of us love lifting and eating a lot of food. I had been waiting for this day because I was gonna get to meet @rpdrmike, @jared_feather and @banij. But then after spending an entire day with my people it was time for workout.
Oh and I was high on pre-workout thanks to @dr_who_lifts. 😁

It was @dr_who_lifts who started the deadlift party, and then the bar wasn't unloaded for the next 4hrs.

@g.o.k.u.29 pulling 192kgs. Kid had just come back from injury, and this is what he did. FML!

Video#2 :
Yours truly. Previously, 162kgs was the heaviest I could lift. (Had tried 165 and failed). I did 160*2 before my leg cramps started. After this I was so high I HAD TO TRY 172KGS....did it successfully and called it a day.

@aditya_mahajan pulling 172kgs with his monk-like calmness. Don't know how he does that.

Video#4:
@50_shadesof_fitness pulling 182kgs coz it's his light weight day or something (I don't know really.) He's capable of lifting wayyyy heavier than this.

@shanu_strength pulling 152kgs. Thus man is small, weighs ~60kgs but is blessed with strength.

Video#6:
@amogh_gadewar pulling 142kgs*2. Mind you, hehas spent the entire year recovering from a really bad injury. Before this set he pulled 102kgs which was a PR too. And then he straight up jumped to 142kgs and pulled twice. This isn't just his physical strength, but more of his mental strength which triumphed over everything.

We rejoice in each other's victory!

Часть 1. ПКТ подробно. Разбор восстановления гормональной системы.. Информация взята у врача уролога-андролога. ⠀

Так как анализы сдают 1 из 100, напишу поверхностно. Что и в каких количествах принимать во время после курсовой терапии, это индивидуально для каждого человека, и назначать дозировки можно строго только лишь после сдачи анализов. Но есть определенный алгоритм восстановления, на который нужно ориентироваться.

1 этап - применение гонадотропина. Гонадотропин не запускает дугу гипотоламус-гипофиз-яички. Применяется лишь для одной цели в начале ПКТ - стимуляции тестикул, чтобы избежать атрофии яичек и в будущем быстрее запустить дугу, запустить процесс естественной секреции тестостерона. Поэтому сдавать ЛГ и ФСГ во время приема гонадотропина бессмысленно, они будут на нуле. Если вы используете длинные эфиры, то первый прием гонадотропина начинается в последний день инъекции тестостерона, если эфир короткий, то гонадотропин ставится за 10 дней до последней инъекции тестостерона. Если длительность курса менее 8 недель, гонадотропин можно не подключать. Усреднённые дозировки: 500-1000 ед. через день 5-10 дней. Но все зависит от длительности курса.

2 этап - запуск дуги антиэстрогенами. Обычно применяют кломид или тамоксифен. Начало приема антиэстрогенов начинается спустя 7-10 дней после последней инъекции гонадотропина. Нельзя дать тестостерону упасть в ноль, применение антиэстрогена начинается в тот момент, когда тестостерон вернулся в норму. Пример дозировок кломида при длительном курсе: по 100 мг - 10 дней, по 50 мг - 20 дней, по 25 мг - 20 дней. Общий курс 50 дней. Первые анализы после начала приема сдаются через 2.5-3 недели, дальше только за счёт анализов корректируются следующие дозировки.

3 этап - тестостероновые бустеры. Также для повышения секреции тестостерона. К ним относятся: ZMA, трибулус, левзея и др. Начало приема в тот же день, что и антиэстрогены. Продолжительность приема 6-8 недель. Дозировки применять указанные на упаковке, не меньше. ⠀

Scrolling through my IG feed I got inspired by @lustrengththerapy to draw this one. -
It’s extremely common to see newbies “squat” their deadlift, but what’s worse than that, is that some coaches actually advice people to do so. There couldn’t be a faster way to snap your lower back, honestly. -
✅✅✅When you’re performing a deadlift, you want to keep your hips ABOVE your knees for 2 reasons: -
1️⃣ the higher your hips, the less quad engagement and the more hamstring engagement there’ll be.
-
2️⃣You’re able to keep your back tight which is TOO important for lower back health. -
3️⃣your shoulders will either be in line or beyond the bar, creating a favorable leverage for you to pull off of.

❌❌❌Sitting too low will instead cause many consecutive problems: -
1️⃣Sitting too low simply won’t allow you to keep your lower back tight, quite infact, it’ll tilt posteriorly, making you start with a ROUNDED lower back. Which is almost never safe, especially when deadlifting. -
2️⃣You’re not doing this exercise for your quads. -
3️⃣Your shoulders are behind the bar, creating a NON-favorable leverage. -
PLEASE do not squat the deadlift, and definitely don’t deadlift the squat! -

140kg down, 170kg to go on Back Squat: BW at 79kg.
Squats are probably the most difficult lift at the moment: correctly bracing is still just about impossible at the moment. But hey, life is too short to complain: it’s not going to make my situation any better. For now, I’ll just keep chipping away. I’ll take it for now: this is still the heaviest I’ve gone in 5 months and I still feel comfortable going heavier next week. Still, I don’t think I’ll ever be satisfied.

Lift heavier. Laugh harder. Fight longer.

Getting stronger is easy if you have the patience and drive.

It's a very clear path.

All it involves is trying to do more than last time.

First of all, pick a rep range. Let's say the 4-6 rep range.

Week in and week out, you will lift in the same rep range. Work your way up to 6 reps with the weight. Once you can do 6 reps. Increase the weight by 5lbs and start over. Here's an example if you can bench 185lbs for 4 reps.

Workout 1: 185lbs for 4 reps.

Workout 2: 185lbs for 5 reps.

Workout 3: 185lbs for 6 reps.

Workout 4: 190lbs for 4 reps.

See what we did here? Each workout we did one more rep than last time. Once we got to the top of our rep range, we go back down to the bottom of the range, but we add 5 more lbs. Imagine doing this for 12 months straight. You could add 50lbs to your bench press.

Getting stronger is a slow process, but it's crucial to building muscle. You need to go about it with resiliency. Imagine that if you don't add 50lbs to your lifts by this time next year, you'll be sent to The Wall with the Knight's Watch. That should be motivation enough.
