Northern Monk Patrons Project 6.05 X Burnt Mill X Whiplash - It Is The Green-Eyed Monster Which Doth Mock The Meet It Feeds On
Lovely ipa! Very light and refreshing with a nice citrusy taste! You can definitely taste the Burnt Mill influence in this one, and is the closest tasting beer to Steel cut (by Burnt Mill) that I’ve had!
A little disappointed to be honest its ok but just ok im afraid. Had much much better ddh pales from other breweries and even cloudwater themselves. Oh well you can't love them all #cloudwater#cloudwaterbrewco #ddh#ddhpaleale

@northernmonk / @burntmillbrewery / @whiplashbeer - Patrons Project 6.05. Gluten Free DDH Pale Ale 5.5% | Is it the Green Eyed Monster which Doth Mock the Meet it Feeds On . This is such a great gluten free beer, really impressed! Light hoppy tropical notes, some bitter citrus flavours, soft carbonation and all round really enjoyed! 👍
| Monkish 🇺🇸 | Glitter Green Hop | DDH Pale Ale 5.5% abv | Delicious as always from Monkish 😋 I wouldn’t mind have a case of this to drink during the summer here in Sweden. So juicy and full of tropical fruits 🍍🍑🍉🍊
Best thing about bank holiday weekends? Drinking on a Sunday like it was a Saturday! @brewbynumbers have an absolute stormer here with this double dry hopped pale ale. #Numbertwo with an insane amount of 5 different hop varieties make this an absolute juice bomb. Slightly oily with a bitter finish just caps of this sensational summer beer.
What is your fascination with my forbidden closet of mysteries?! Tonight's post-work beer! DDH Citra Ekuanot Pale from @cloudwaterbrew Going super can-heavy with my latest haul of beers - all about that freshness! Pours a really nice hazy amber with a thin but consistent off-white cap. ALL about the citra on the nose with this one - peach, nectarine, mango and lemon zest. Flavour is just as exceptional as I expect from the second best brewery in the world; lightly sweet, with a little bit of dryness on the finish. Notes of tangerines, pine needles, melon and...I'm gonna say it - orange cordial weirdly enough. Loads of body for a relatively lean ABV beer. Fantastic as ever, well done.
