Never leave the gym without performing some good O DB Bent-over Rows. I've always made sure these were in my regimen routine. Goal for me with this workout is to target and focus on my mid back depth, upper lat thickness, and Teres major. So when you hit that back pose your middle section of your back will pop.
So really aiming to go up in weight each week being that this is Compound Strength move for my clean bulk. But I usually keep this workout in all the way through my cut phase as well. Have to definitely get my lbs back up to 150s.
I usually go lower to bend over alil more but didn't have my belt today. USE A BELT👍🏽
