Winter bugs have already got us. Two coughing kids and I am starting to feel that tickle. So I’m increasing our intake of Vitamin C and Zinc, both in our food and with some supplements. Currently nursing a ‘wellness brew’ ☕️ to build my immune system and fight those bugs. Accompanied by a daytime nap to allow sleep to work it’s magic.
