Day 4: I slipped and had a Mountain Dew at Culver’s so technically I would have to “reset” but going to keep it pushing!
So I prepared for my meal for the week so I wouldn’t slip up again! I decided to empty my fridge so the food wouldn’t get spoiled.
Overall, after having that Mountain Dew I started to get light-headed and have the shakes. This give me more of a reason to continue this whole30 challenge.
