Brownie cravings...satisfied 😍🙌🏻 Vegan chocolate brownies made with a base of silky #Avocado & Medjool Dates...plus all the other good stuff. No sugar added (just naturally #sweet dates) and instead of milk I used #cashew milk. 😋🙏🏻 They turned out rich and fudgy 😍👌🏻lightly dusted with powdered sugar and drizzle of silky peanut butter agave caramel and fresh figs on the side.🤤
1 cup pitted fresh medjool dates
1 Ripe avocado
1/2 cup 1 tablespoon cashew or almond milk
1 & 1/4 cup tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons blue agave
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 TSP baking powder
1/4th TSP sea salt -
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
In a food processor, blend together wet Ingredients until smooth. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients until combined. Next, mix the wet Ingredients with the dry ingredients - stirrings only until combined.
Prepare baking dish by lightly spraying a cooking oil to prevent sticking, or use a nonstick baking pan. Pour batter into a 8″ square baking pan and spread into an even layer with a spatula. Bake for 22-25 minutes. Once brownies are baked, let cool for a full 30 minutes before cutting. Dust with powder sugar, garnish with fresh fruit, or your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
