Good morning! Let's sweeten up the day. Creamy coconut millet porridge says hello :-) I definitely prefer sweet breakfast to savory one.
INGREDIENTS (2 servings)
1 cup uncooked millet
2 cups of water
300- 400 ml of coconut milk
bourbon vanilla powder
5-6 medjool dates (cut in half or chopped)
1. Rinse millet under hot water, once or twice. Put it in a cooking pot, add water and a little bit of salt. Cook (covered) until all the water has been absorbed (20 minutes should be enough). 2. Add coconut milk and a little bit of bourbon vanilla powder, let it cook for a while, stirring.
3. Put in two bowls, add maple syrup, pomegranate seeds and dates.
4. Eat & share.
