One of my biggest challenges over the last year has been finding a healthy balance - enjoying my life, loving my body, practicing self-care and self-love, and maintaining a healthy mindset through all of that. Real talk; juggling all that is a shit show. 😂
I’ve been talking a lot about rest, taking care of myself mentally and physically, and molding my actions to focus on so much more than just physical results. Since I’m struggling finding that balance right now, I decided that it’s best for me to a dedicated, intense, 3 week detox and cleanse - and I’m starting tomorrow! I’m actually SO excited for it, because this goes along with my plans for focusing on feeling my best. I’ll be sharing a ton of details on my story every day, including what I’m eating every day, progress, how I’m feeling each day, what I’m focusing on... all that good stuff. Groceries are purchased, day 1 meals are prepped, it’s going downnnnn.
