And there you have it, gorgeous ones. No one but you can walk your journey for you. No one else is able to step in your shoes. They may see glimpses, they may feel maybe's, but only you can view the entire picture. If you care to look deeply. This is the dilemma. While we sleep, we grope around in the dark, recoiling away from our shadows and reach out for help...and this is okay. It's courageous to ask for help. But there is a difference between asking for an occasional nudge from the Universe and entirely fully handing over our power to something outside ourselves, telling them to run the show. I know of people who keep going to psychics and intuitives, every month, for years on end. There are some I know who rely on an authority figures to give them advice on everything from buying their next car to whether they should go out with this next guy. Or perhaps you fall into the category I found myself in - for a short while I bought every self-help book I thought I needed, voraciously read it all. A few became my go-to "bibles". ⠀
However while I was in the depths digging into my shadow self, I realised that not all answers could be found in any of those books. You see, they were all written from someone else's perspective, someone else's experience. They looked at their world through their own unique lens which fitted their view and however similar it felt to mine, it wasn't a perfect fit. I had to come up with my own answers and my insights. I had to plot my way around my map of my inner world. I used the books as signposts, but only I had the ability to open the multiple locks within.⠀
There are as many ways to walk the journey to wakefulness as there are souls on this earth plane. You have your own map, which is already inside you waiting to be remembered. And there is no rush. Just as we have to make our own way, we also do it in our own time. Whether it is in this lifetime or the next, no one misses out. Woohoo!⠀
