Time to be Vulnerable: Almost two weeks ago, I announced to the church and to our YouTube community that we'd be encouraging everyone to eat right, move right, plan right, and push hard towards their 2017 goals. Well, I admit it took me a few days to actually face the inner fear in me that 1.) I needed change the most 2.) I could consistently practice what I preach.
Since then, I've done 9 workouts in two weeks, I've been avoiding wheat, dairy, and sugar and trying to eat more greens. I am enjoying the changes to my energy levels, confidence, mental clarity and overall peace & joy! This is just the beginning! I'm looking forward to a whole year of this kind of living.
