Gestiona tus emociones.
✅Lo fundamental y principal es reconocerlas☹️😤😞😡reconocer la emoción y aceptarla. (¿estoy triste?, ¿enfadado? ¿envidioso? ¿siento rabia? ¿miedo?) No intentes "no estarlo", acéptalo.
✅Acepta la emoción, no "luches contra ella" permítete sentirla y escúchala, pregúntate ¿qué me quiere decir este sentimiento? ¿cuál es su finalidad? ¿qué me está contando? Acepta lo que te dice.
✅Hablar con nosotros mismos, y actuar desde la templanza: una emoción muy intensa tiene un ciclo y si dejamos que siga ese ciclo, y la aceptamos, ésta se "templa" y nos deja ver con mayor claridad.

Nice to be back at LinkedIn only this time I'm not guiding meditation, I'm learning about it from 2 of my heroes Daniel Goleman and Richard Davidson, who've been friends and collaborators since the 60's in Harvard and in India.

Daniel Goleman authored the bestseller"Emotional Intelligence" and Richard Davidson, researcher, did some of the first and now famous brain research on master yogis, whose work uncovered neuroplasticity, that the brain is changeable throughout life and not just the first six years.

They just wrote a book together called "Altered Traits" about how meditation changes the brain.
