Anyone else feel me? 😒 . . Hitting snooze is my thing in the morning and it makes me mad. What suggestions do you have to not hit the damn snooze button? I’ve tried having my phone across but then I worry not hearing it.. I’m a deep sleeper... 😭#morningboost

Overstretched or Failing to stretch & strengthen unable you to perform to your peak performance. 💎 Keep your balance, your support and take offs with this simple ankle strengthening tip. 👉🏽Feet parallel 👉🏽Place ball in between ankles 👉🏽Tilt the Pelvic in, 👉🏽tighten core 👉🏽Chest out 👉🏽Shoulders back 👉🏽Breath!!! 👉🏽Squeeze the tennis ball 👉🏽Slowly rise, lifting heels 👉🏽Hold 5 secs 👉🏽Release. 👉🏽Repeat 3 sets of: Beginner 30sec Intermediate 60secs Advanced up to 2-3mins, hold a lil longer *if you must, support yourself with a wall, a barre.. name of the game is safety first always. At any time you feel a Sharp shooting pain-STOP! . . Few times a week! Dance better, feel better, recover faster.
