Had an incredible dinner here last night, a modern fusion take on Spanish food, including tuna tartare with mango and ginger ice cream, a 13hr cooked Iberian suckling pig with honey, chilli and wild fennel, and my favourite dish of the night: roasted squid with almond and saffron cream 👌🏻😋. My top 3 things I love when visiting a new city are eating the local cuisine, checking out the local supermarkets (or food markets) and exploring little streets and alleyways. What are yours?
