Victory and I kissed our favorite guy goodbye tonight as he leaves for the next 11 days on tour.
This year has been really tough on us but has also given us some of the most incredible opportunities plus we had the greatest experience of our life - the birth of our daughter, Victory Lee Moore. Dallas has been caring for his parents - his mother is fighting cancer and his father is in very poor health at a rehab facility. Many days have been spent at radiation or chemo with his mom, then visiting his father, then playing music at night. Months of this went by before anyone knew publicly that his mom was ill per her request. Somehow he held it together, while making the record of a lifetime and while being the greatest father and husband I could ever dream of. I can't believe tomorrow is Dec 1st. I hope and pray this last month of the year brings positive answers for our family.
I could never put into words how badly Dallas is missed when he's gone but we get through it day by day and are always so proud of his hard work and determination. Until he is home we will FaceTime, text, call one another and I will look endlessly at photos and videos to get me through.
Be safe. Have killer shows. Make money. Hurry home.
I love you Bud ❤️ #dallasmoore #VictoryLeeMoore #realhousewifeofamusician
