💥🙌🏼⏰ We CAN #dohardthings! I can tell you that setting my alarm for even 10 minutes earlier was HARD. Actually getting up was HARD. What can help us to do the hard things? Some might say it's motivation. We have to feel motivated, we say. Was I internally motivated to get up early? Hmmm, I'm not so sure about that. I do know that the fact that I AM NOT ALONE in my feelings of hard is one of the keys to me #TAKINGACTION. When we know there are other AMAZING LADIES doing the same thing, we can use POSITIVE PEER PRESSURE to do the hard things.
That's one of the best things about the support groups -- it's positive peer pressure :) Pressure to do what we said we would do. Pressure to achieve what we said we wanted to achieve. Pressure to be the best version of ourselves.
