Two years ago, I started a website with the intention of sharing what I knew (and was still learning every day) about health and wellness. Throughout those years, I have grown and evolved and I feel like my page was a reflection of these positive changes.
A few months ago, I lost sight of my direction and the upkeep got a little overwhelming. I shut down my page in order to regain focus. Lately, however, the Universe has been pushing me back in this direction. I strongly feel like I have some kind of message to share and a part of that message is definitely to help and inspire others to become the absolute best versions of themselves that they can possibly be. ✨✨✨ Since shutting down my page temporarily, many of you have kept in touch. I've received countless messages saying that you had often been inspired by my daily posts and that my online presence was missed. Some of you also messaged me just to chat when you were feeling a little down and needed some uplifting. I want to thank you all so much for these messages. This just further reinforced my belief that I'm headed down the right path. ❤
From this point on, this page is a glimpse into my life; a simple, practical, real glimpse into my day to day. I have made some major mental, physical and spiritual changes in the last several years and I am positive others could benefit from these types of changes as well.
