Podcast have taken over my daily commute. I mostly listen to health and wellness podcast, lots of sermons and my fave @lewishowes These health and wellness podcast can be a bit overwhelming though. I've been trying to learn and really soak up as much info as I can but so much of it contradicts itself. That is, one podcast will have me totally convinced of something and then the next one I listen to will have me thinking the complete opposite!🙆🏻 What I try to do though, is really listen for what they're all saying. What are the common denominators. Here are a few of the things I'm finding they all say:
➕Sugar is toxic and it's in e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g.
➕Gluten is bad news. ➕Consistency in your sleep patterns is where it's at. ➕What you put on your body is just as important as what you put in it. ➕GREENS🌿🌱🌿🌵
➕If it's packaged and you can't pronounce the ingredients, you probably shouldn't eat it. ➕So many health issues could be avoided if we we're simply AWARE of the damage were mindlessly doing to ourselves. I'm guilty.🙋🏻 It's a lot to learn and take in and I don't think we can ever be perfect or really even come close...and still enjoy our lives. But we can implement small changes daily that will make a big difference. Have you changed anything in your diet or daily routine lately that has made a big impact? #alwayslearning
