Back day today!!! Feeling sore still from legs however feeling great to be back at training!! 4x12 close grip seated rows 4x12 hammer grip lat pull downs 4x12 single arm dumbbell rows Followed by 30 mins of cardio and 15 mins of sled pushing!!! Remember it's GOOD to train on the days your feeling positive, strong and motivated but it's ever GREATER to train on the days you feel flat and low!!! That's called DISCIPLINE!!! 💪🏼👊🏼 @teamlegacycoach
