DONT GIVE UP! We all have days where we don't feel like working out, feel like eating junk food or drinks. Working 10 hour shifts leaves me feeling worn out and wanting sweets, ice cream and Sleep! Yesterday I fell asleep super early without doing my workout. So today I'm making up for it!
If you have one of those days where you don't do your workout or you eat some bad food or drinks, it's OKAY! Just pick yourself up and get back to it the next day!!!
