A night of sleep has a MUCH bigger impact on the following day; stress, appetite, willpower, attention, hormone regulation, you get the picture. •
Get more active the next day, increase your intensity or time at your next workout to make up for it. But one missed workout won’t make a dent in the long term!
If you always workout at a time you’re deciding between sleep and exercise, try to switch things up and do it at a different time of the day, or choose a workout plan that doesn’t have you in the gym for 2 hours at the end of the day. You can get a killer workout in just 30-45 minutes if you’re lifting and get on with your day 😗
