Throwback to the best surprise I’ve ever received!! It had reached the point in renovating where we had very few big jobs left to complete but it still felt like we were never going to move in as we still had concrete floors and gaps here and there... Until I came home from work one day and the flooring wizard had worked his magic 😻
Opted for something a bit old school for our bathroom radiator. You can just see our contrast wall here which you can’t see from the doorway looking in but adds a touch of cosy when laying in the bath!

Zoals je ziet ook hier houten schrootjes in overvloed and we love it! - - - -
And the rain came just the same... it’s no secret that depending on the amount of sunlight I get, it affects my mood for the worse. We are now on day 5 or 6 of rain and cuddle weather - Hello Mom nature - where is the sunlight, already!? Geez.

Busy busy day! Lunch consisted of a grabbed packet of crisps and I’ve only just sat down. Cup of tea and ready for Grand Designs! On a big positive I bumped into a friend I’ve not seen for six years, and it was like we’d seen each other last week! How can time pass so fast?! Not going to let it go so long next time and have already made plans to meet up 🖤. . . .
