Dahi Batata Puri at Swati Snacks, Nariman Pt. takes me straight back 40 years to my first one with my mum at the now long gone Hotel Raj Mahal at Dhobhi Talao. It was the first time I ever ate sprouted mung beans 😀 wasn't quite sure I liked them, eventually grew to love them. Even today this is the only way I like my sprouts, smothered in curd, Chaat masala and chutney.
Incidentally also the place I had my first Masala Dosa!
