This is my pcv system as it is today, with the inlet manifold under boost or vacuum my pcv works very efficiently. Air is sucked from the crank case via the inlet manifold after the butterfly under vacuum conditions or via the blower inlet between the blower and filter under boost conditions using some one way air valves.
This way the crank case is allways under vacuum and i would think very adequate for my current horsepower levels.
Crank blower pulley upgrade fro the standard 7" 8pk one piece procharger kit supplied to a custom 2 piece billet aluminium 6061 spacer and an ATI LSA 8.4" 8pk Cadillac pulley. Was getting belt slip using my old system of the 7" crank pulley and the 3.7" blower pulley on the #procharger#d1sc blower with a maximum boost of 13psi, now running the 8.4" lower and 4.13 upper without slip and producing around 15psi at 6500rpm.
