“To be at the top level in this sport, or any other sport for that matter, you need to be able to endure the boring stuff and do that consistently well everyday.” 🙌🏼 Struggle bus coming to the end of my last rep - it looks uuuugly! 😱 I went into this session not feeling myself, tired and a bit unmotivated, but I still managed to hit all the targets (and even a little bit above 😏) 🙃 On those evenings where I’m struggling to motivate myself, it helps me to think of the athletes I look up to and the tough work they put in to get to where they are - it always perks me up a bit and inspires me to get those extra few watts 💪🏽 I also think it determines the kind of athlete you are - if you give up when the going gets tough, it won’t get you to the next level! That definitely gives me a kick up the ass 😂 Does anyone have any other tricks?
