Na 1,5 week veel koolhydraten binnen gekregen te hebben, niet heb kunnen trainen, is het vanaf morgen tijd om te gaan starten met cutten. Sinds vandaag kan ik eindelijk weer groente binnenkrijgen zonder dat ik verga van de pijn 😬

Happy Flex Friday!! 💪🏻 Here is a Physique update from this morning. Haven’t been very active on here these past couple weeks but have remained consistent with my training and diet.
I’ve been utilizing intermittent fasting as a method to aid in my cut. One of the hardest things about being in a caloric deficit is pushing off those cravings once night time comes around. Which is especially hard when I’ve always been someone who stays up very late at night.
I find it to be a lot easier to push off my first meal till later on in the day as opposed to waking up and eating a breakfast. This leaves more room for a calorie dense satisfying meal at night when the cravings start to kick in.

Fun fact Friday: I honestly did not even want to share this because I’ve honestly been super unmotivated to eat well these last few weeks. It showed while I was taking my measurements, and think it shows in my physique update.
I didn’t want to share that I’ve fallen off the horse, but I knew that not sharing would leave me feeling like a fraud. I started posting my physique updates because I wanted to hold myself accountable, and to share this journey with you all.
I am giving myself another eight weeks of this summer cut - I hope to come back next month with better progress reports! In the meantime, what do you do to keep yourself motivated, and hold yourself accountable??

Mini cut update! Only 3 weeks into my mini cut and I’m shook. 😳😳😳 How is this even me?!?! I honestly can’t believe how much my waistline has come in from just a short 3 weeks ago when I was already feeling pretty dang good. All I’ve changed is removing my cheat day and dropping my daily calories from 1800 to 1700. .
Amazing how it truly boils down to calories in vs calories out. It’s just science and straight numbers, folks. Kinda crazy how much my cheat day was holding me back from a higher potential.

For the longest time in middle school and high school I found myself trying to fit in with everyone else👽. To be like everyone else and be a "popular" kid. I would change my activities and personality to become what I thought was "more likeable" to others🙃. For awhile I was able to pull this off, hiding my true, weird, yet awesome self. However, it started to eat at me and I couldn't stand acting like someone I wasn't. So I just said "fuck it!"👍🏼 If you don't like me, that's fucking great, don't like me😁. I'll surround myself with people that I love, who enjoy being around me, because I'm being me🙌🏽💯. When I changed my mindset to not fuck with fake people and to stick with my true friends, my life improved dramatically👊🏽! If someone doesn't like you because of the people you hang out with, or because of your social status, or because you're crushing your goals when they're not, who freaking cares😆?!
