Such an easy thing to make and a place where people don't realize the extra calories are coming from. Also stop blaming the carbs. They are not the things that make you fat. Too many calories do.

Even when you only eat lettuce u will eat carbs. A 'carbfree' or 'sugarfree' life does not exist. A carb is glucose and glucose is sugar. A carb will allways be sugar. 🔹
Don't be a sheep. Get your facts right first.

Want to lose weight? Cut the CALORIES not the carbs. Eat smaller portions of nutrutional dense foods (like cookies, chocolate etc) and eat more 'volume food' (food with lots of volume and little calories) like veggies. But just don't avoid those poor potatoes and sandwiches like they are the plague. 🔹
