Cut it, cut it | If you haven't heard it before, you'll hear it right now. ❗️You can't outtrain a bad diet.❗️ I mean, maybe a lucky few can but for most of us, it's not how it works. Believe me, I wish the calories and fat from a cupcake could be negated by doing a set of squats. 🙏🏽I've known for a while that I haven't been seeing the results I want because my eating is a little out of control. I'm eating healthy foods (for the most part) but my portions are not healthy. I need to check myself, which isn't going to be easy but I've done it before so I have the power to do it again. There are so many tips for helping with this but I'm going to keep 3 in mind.
1️⃣ Drink a glass of water before each meal
2️⃣ Make sure my meals are well-balanced in protein, fats, and complex carbs (protein/fats keep you fuller/satisfied longer)
3️⃣ When I'm in a snacky mood but not actually hungry, distract myself at all costs i.e. scroll through IG/watch curly hair YT tutorials 😂
