Good morning ✌🏻 New week, new goals and exciting new plans for me. All will come clear soon.
Macros have gone down again. I am feeling pretty good. I am still planning to not eat many stodgy carbs for the next 2 weeks. At the moment my diet consists most oats, rice cakes, a lot of fruit and veg and then of course protein and ice cream (not together 😂). As I am going to London on Saturday for a day out and photo shoot I am going to be careful this week and then enjoy Saturday. I won’t focus heavily on food in London but eat intuitively.
Weight wise I am happy and my body and mind are both feeling good. I’ll do a proper physique update soon.
