⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I'm 2 months into my cut (weight loss) and I haven't been to the gym in days so I'm completely deflated 😂! It's actually insane how much 'size' you get when your muscles are swollen from a workout!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀but hey, ho. This is me at my rawest form (no pump) I'll do a body update again after a week or two of going intensely to the gym so you can see how much of a difference it makes!!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Don't think everything you see on Instagram is how people look all the time because it's NOT. People get bloated, get busy, many things. So please don't think that pictures online are how they look 24/7.
