"La fameuse soupe aux œufs de Fergus" 🍳 (Fergus' Famous Egg Soup)
1. Crack a whole, fresh egg into a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly homogeneous.
2. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to get it nice and smooth.
3. Put the smooth egg mixture into a fancy serving dish. (optional, but highly reccomended)
4. Drizzle with 1/4 tsp. of salmon oil and serve. 🥣
