Fridge post. Breakfast for 4 days, mushrooms and squash ready to be added to fresher chicken and/or egg whites. And two lunch/dinners done. Might have to get more costco Hawaiian pinapple bbq chicken, pre cooked, super yummy, a few extra carbs due to sauce but I'm not counting, just put in a little less rice 😘
Finally hitting the gym after being sick last week and on week 2 on my loosely followed cut 😊 hey at least I am trying and still PR'ing!
