Meals for ✌🏼 12 hour night shifts prepped in about 45 min. Cauliflower rice & veggies with chicken sausage. Lean ground beef with veggies and salsa. Fresh veggies, ham for extra protein on my second night and almonds to equal 4, 7g fat servings. Fresh fruit, applesauce and crackers for carbs. Tonight I meal prepped. Blanched asparagus salad with a lemon, Parmesan and shallot dressing. Turkey meatballs served over whole wheat pasta in a homemade marinara sauce. Roasted chicken with roasted purple potatoes and mashed sweet potatoes.
