Fridge post. Breakfast for 4 days, mushrooms and squash ready to be added to fresher chicken and/or egg whites. And two lunch/dinners done. Might have to get more costco Hawaiian pinapple bbq chicken, pre cooked, super yummy, a few extra carbs due to sauce but I'm not counting, just put in a little less rice 😘
Finally hitting the gym after being sick last week and on week 2 on my loosely followed cut 😊 hey at least I am trying and still PR'ing!

Planning Monday Meal Prep deliveries... it isn't as simple as coming up with a few dishes and cooking them. For every hour of cooking I spend about 2 hours planning. What takes so long? I don't have 2 clients on the same meal prep plan. Each client has individual nutritional needs that need to be met. Each client has dietary restrictions that need to be accomodated for whether it's an allergy or just stuff they don't like. Dry goods need to be ordered, vendors need to be called, every gram of carbs, protein, and fat needs to be accounted for. I need to make sure I can make at least a few variations of each meal to accomodate everyone. I need to be able to use the same ingredients to make at least 4-5 different meals so nobody gets sick of anything. I need to go through the last few weeks worth of menus and make sure I'm not repeating anything too often. Budgeting needs to happen. Checking in with each client needs to happen to see if any of their needs have changed. Shop lists need to be made and scheduled. Production lists need to be made. A label needs to be made for each meal for each client, the majority of whom get 4-5 meals a day, 7 days a week. But this is what I live for. Next meal prep will be
1.75 (dry) cups of whole wheat pasta
2 cups of rice
12 oz shrimp
16 oz chicken breasts
16 oz chicken thighs
And 32 cups of veggies
This leaves a few meals un-prepped for eating out or when I just was egg whites and toast for breakfast. Greens: green beans cooked in chicken broth, salad from my #towergarden , and organic broccoli
Carbs: white rice cooked in beef broth split into 25 carb servings, whole grain pasta split into 50 and 70 carb servings (pre and post workout meals)
For fats: I will use avocados and olive oil on my salad.
