Powerlifting has taught me that strength is ok. That being mentally and physically strong is something to strive for, and to keep working on everyday. Powerlifting has taught me that even my weaknesses are strengths. It has taught me that pain is temporary.
Powerlifting has taught me that my body, at any size, is to be loved and adored. That it can do so many things, much more than I ever thought, and can keep going when my brain is thinking otherwise. Yeah. I like it.
